Dinner was again a success tonight thanks to planning ahead of time. However, my other daily goals haven’t been working out as well. Something as simple as “call the bank” has been on my list for 3 days now and it still hasn’t happened.
I’m realizing that for goals that require me to do something out of my usual routine (meditate) or require me to do something at a particular time of day (when the bank is actually open for example) I need to plan ahead a bit more.
I’m going to try writing down the time and place as part of my goal if it’s relevant. I’m also going to try to get into the habit of reviewing my goals first thing in the morning so I remember to do something before it’s too late in the day.
