Week 2 Review
28 DAYS OF DAN’S PLAN: PART 4
After 2 weeks of tracking my sleep and activity level with Dan’s Plan I’ve been surprised by the amount of sleep I’ve been able to get. I haven’t been as discipled as I wanted and have gone to sleep later that planned. My son seems to be starting to sleep a little later in the morning though so my average is still pretty good. Yay!
For activity I used our stationary bike a few times but not with the regularity that I had planned. We had a major project launch last week and work was very busy. I did manage to log over 12,000 steps on Sunday so that upped my average.
So my overall score from Dan’s Plan after 14 days is 86/100, up from 85 last week.
