After 1 week of tracking my sleep and activity level with Dan’s Plan I’ve gotten more sleep than I have in a long time. I didn’t keep up a solid 8 hours over the weekend (got distracted in the evening again) but my average is a vast improvement.
My activity level looks like it’s improving, although we’ll have to see what the numbers look like throughout the week. I tend to walk around a lot more on the weekend. During the week I do way too much sitting. Today I did get on our stationary bike once. My goal for this coming week is to take at least two breaks per day and cycle for a few minutes.
So my overall score from Dan’s Plan after 7 days is 85/100.
